1. Respect for Property: Please treat the home with care and respect. Any damage or excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees or charges for repairs. 2. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties or events are strictly prohibited. 3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times. 4. Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy for this home is strictly enforced. Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. 5. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Please ensure they are supervised and cleaned up after to avoid extra cleaning fees. 6. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this rule. 7. Trash and Recycling: Please dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside, as it may attract unwanted wildlife. 8. Safety and Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Security cameras are installed at the front entrance for your safety. 9. Parking: We have two driveway parking spots. For street parking, please be mindful of street signs, as this is a residential neighborhood with time limits, street cleaning, and other restrictions. Be aware of the parking situation and follow local rules to avoid fines. 10. Check-Out: Please follow the check-out instructions provided. Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional fees.
